Los Angeles, get ready to dance.
On Saturday, August 29, 2026, Downtown L.A.’s Pershing Square is turning into one enormous outdoor dance floor for Ditch Party Part 3, a FREE concert bringing together some of the artists behind songs that helped define the ’90s house and dance era.
And when I say this lineup had me immediately checking my calendar, I mean it.
Haddaway, Ultra Naté, Robin S and Crystal Waters lead the celebration, joined by Richard Vission, Bad Boy Bill, DJ Irene, DJ Vice, Von Kiss and a stacked roster of DJs and performers. The party begins at 3 p.m. at Pershing Square and is scheduled to run through 11 p.m.
This Soundtrack Practically Comes With a Dance Floor
There are certain songs where you only need the opening seconds.
Haddaway gave us “What Is Love.” Robin S delivered the undeniable house anthem “Show Me Love.” Crystal Waters has kept generations moving with favorites including “Gypsy Woman (She’s Homeless)” and “100% Pure Love,” while Ultra Naté’s “Free” remains the kind of dance-floor anthem that feels just as powerful today.
Put those voices together in the middle of Downtown Los Angeles and suddenly Saturday afternoon has become considerably more interesting.
The event flyer also lists Swedish Egil, David Delano, Draws, Juanito, Jungle George, Diablo, AJ Mora, Modern Romance, DJ Isaac and Marc G, with J Valentino aka “Harley” hosting.

The event is 21+ with valid ID.
A free RSVP gives you the opportunity to attend, but it does not guarantee entry. Admission is first come, first served, and once Pershing Square reaches capacity, additional guests can be turned away. So while I usually appreciate a stylish entrance, this might not be the day for arriving fashionably late.
Organizers are also offering $20 VIP tickets, which include access to the front-stage pit and guarantee entry. The event will feature fully stocked bars, food trucks and art vendors, with bars and food vendors operating cashless.
