The New Orleans-based craft brewery is bringing the seasonal favorite back to its lineup for a limited time, delivering a traditional German-style Märzen built around rich malt flavor, a touch of sweetness and the kind of clean finish that practically asks for another sip.
At 6.2% ABV and 15 IBU, Urban South’s Oktoberfest leans into the fuller body and malt-forward personality historically associated with Märzen lagers without becoming overly heavy. A light bitterness provides enough contrast to keep everything balanced, creating a beer designed for everything from backyard gatherings and football weekends to an Oktoberfest-inspired feast.
