If your idea of a seafood dinner involves trying a little bit of everything and then going back for your favorites, Red Lobster has brought back one of its most requested dining traditions.
Beginning Monday, August 17, 2026, Endless Shrimp® is officially back at Red Lobster® for a limited time, giving diners the chance to mix, match and reorder five different shrimp preparations throughout their meal.
The return comes just months after Red Lobster brought Endless Shrimp back for a spring 2026 run. According to the company, the promotion exceeded expectations and guests made it clear they were ready for another round.
“Our guests were thrilled to have Endless Shrimp back this spring and made it clear they wanted more, so we listened,” said Damola Adamolekun, CEO of Red Lobster. “We proved we could bring it back in a way that delights our guests and works for our restaurant teams and our business. Now we’re bringing our fans more of the Endless experience they asked for.”
Five Ways to Keep the Shrimp Coming
This time around, guests have five flavors to rotate through, ranging from creamy and buttery to crispy and coconut-coated.
Making its debut is NEW Garlic Bread-Crusted Shrimp, featuring crispy shrimp covered in a buttery garlic bread crumb crust and served with marinara sauce. It has all the makings of a comfort-food mashup for anyone who has ever found themselves reaching for one more piece of garlic bread at dinner.
The complete Endless Shrimp lineup includes:
- NEW Garlic Bread-Crusted Shrimp: Crispy shrimp in a buttery garlic bread crumb crust, served with marinara sauce.
- Shrimp Linguini Alfredo: Tender shrimp tossed with linguini in Red Lobster’s creamy house-made Alfredo sauce.
- Garlic Shrimp Scampi: Shrimp sautéed in a garlic and lemon butter sauce.
- Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp: Hand-breaded jumbo coconut shrimp paired with piña colada sauce.
- Walt’s Favorite Shrimp: Hand-breaded, butterflied shrimp, lightly fried and served with cocktail sauce.
Guests can mix and match the varieties throughout their Endless Shrimp meal, which means there is no requirement to pledge allegiance to Team Scampi or Team Coconut Shrimp. Consider it a shrimp tasting tour where revisiting your favorite stop is encouraged.
Red Lobster Is Pouring a Little Fall Into Happy Hour
Red Lobster is also beginning the seasonal shift toward fall with several cocktails, including the debut of a new rotating seasonal Happy Hour Margarita platform.
First up is the Fire & Tide Margarita, combining Cuervo Tradicional Blanco Tequila with Fireball Whisky. The cocktail is available for $5 during weekday Happy Hour from 3 to 6 p.m. at participating locations.
Other seasonal drinks include the “Old Salt’s” Smoked Old Fashioned, made with Bulleit Bourbon and spiced brown sugar, and the Triple Berry Sangria, featuring Beso Del Sol Red Sangria and a berry mix.
Red Lobster says its seasonal margarita program will continue rotating throughout the year, giving guests different interpretations of the classic cocktail.
Before You Start Planning Your Shrimp Strategy
There is one important detail: Endless Shrimp is available for dine-in only at participating Red Lobster restaurants and is being offered for a limited time.
So, yes, arriving with a shrimp strategy is entirely optional. Starting with Garlic Bread-Crusted Shrimp, moving into Scampi territory and finishing with Coconut Shrimp, however, sounds like a perfectly respectable plan.
With a brand-new flavor joining several longtime Red Lobster favorites, the latest Endless Shrimp return gives seafood fans another reason to gather around the table before the summer season slips into fall.
