Lucci Lambrusco and Prince St. Pizza celebrate National Lambrusco Day with sparkling red wine and pizza.

Some pairings arrive like they were written in tomato sauce and bubbles from the beginning. This summer, Lucci Lambrusco and Prince St. Pizza are proving that pizza and Lambrusco are not just a delicious match. They are a whole mood.

To celebrate National Lambrusco Day, Lucci Lambrusco, the dry sparkling red wine co-founded by Ashley Graham and Danny Epstien, is teaming up with New York-born favorite Prince St. Pizza for a limited-edition collaboration. The special pizza debuts nationwide on June 21, 2026, and will be available through June 28 while supplies last.

The Lucci x Prince St. Pizza collaboration will roll out across participating locations in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, New York and Texas. At the center of the partnership is a limited-edition Sicilian pizza that gives the classic wine-and-slice pairing a fresh, flavorful twist.

The pizza is topped with shredded gouda, mozzarella, roasted tomato paste, fennel sausage crumbles, baby arugula and pecorino romano. Then comes the sparkle moment: a specially crafted Lucci Lambrusco vinaigrette. The vinaigrette brings out Lucci’s dark red berry notes and bright acidity, adding just the right lift to the rich, savory slice.

“Some things just belong together, and for me that’s pizza and Lambrusco,” said Ashley Graham, co-founder of Lucci Lambrusco. She shared that the collaboration offered a fun way to show how versatile Lucci can be, especially when used beyond the glass.

Prince St. Pizza CEO Lawrence Longo also pointed to the Italian tradition behind the pairing. Pizza and Lambrusco have been enjoyed together for generations, but the combination still feels a little under-the-radar in the United States. With this collaboration, the brands are giving that timeless pairing a modern, playful spotlight.

Before the nationwide launch, fans can get an early taste in Brooklyn. A sneak peek will take place on Wednesday, June 17, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. ET at Prince St. Pizza’s Brooklyn location at 271 Smith St. Ashley Graham will be on-site serving the limited-edition Sicilian to guests.

Lucci Lambrusco is crafted in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, and offers a crisp, bubbly take on dry sparkling red wine. At 11% ABV, it is available nationwide at restaurants, bars and retailers including BevMo, GoPuff, Total Wine & More, Binny’s Beverage Depot and Wine.com.

The Lucci Lambrusco and Prince St. Pizza limited-edition pizza will be available June 21 through June 28, 2026, at participating Prince St. Pizza locations. It is a toast, a slice and a little Italian sparkle all in one bite.
