Nobu Bellevue Residences luxury towers in Downtown Bellevue, Washington

Nobu Bellevue Residences will bring the globally recognized lifestyle brand’s polished blend of dining, design, and hospitality to Downtown Bellevue, Washington. Through a partnership with Silverstein Properties, two completed residential towers will be transformed into Nobu’s first move-in-ready branded residential development in the United States.

For a brand known for making black cod feel practically ceremonial, the move into Bellevue is an intriguing next course.

The mixed-use destination occupies a full city block and includes two residential towers, retail spaces, dining, and hospitality experiences. Nobu plans to introduce redesigned public areas, signature residential services, curated amenities, and a future restaurant expected to open in 2027. The development will relaunch under the Nobu name in late 2026, while its residences are already available for immediate occupancy.

A New Standard for Bellevue Luxury Residences

The 365 condominiums at Nobu Bellevue Residences will offer expansive interiors and panoramic views of Lake Washington, Seattle’s skyline, and the Olympic Mountains. The homes pair urban access with the privacy and service associated with an upscale residential retreat.

Japanese minimalism will meet the textures and natural warmth of the Pacific Northwest throughout the reimagined spaces. That combination should give the property an identity more nuanced than the usual glass-tower glamour. Think refined lines, tactile materials, and rooms designed to whisper rather than shout.

Residents can expect a hospitality-led lifestyle supported by elevated services, carefully considered amenities, and convenient access to Nobu dining. The concept reflects the broader Nobu Residence Collection, which combines purposeful design with personalized services, dining access, and dedicated lifestyle experiences.

Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality, described Bellevue as an increasingly global center for innovation, culture, and luxury living. He said the partnership aims to create an experience shaped by thoughtful design, heartfelt service, and a strong connection to its location.

A Nobu Restaurant Is Coming to Downtown Bellevue

The future Nobu restaurant in Bellevue will represent another significant regional debut. Expected to open during 2027, it will introduce the brand’s celebrated dining experience to the Pacific Northwest while providing a culinary centerpiece for the larger development.

Its arrival will also strengthen Downtown Bellevue’s growing reputation as a destination for elevated dining and internationally influenced hospitality. The restaurant and residences will work together as one lifestyle ecosystem, giving owners more than a luxury address. They will become part of the wider Nobu world.

Silverstein Properties President Shawn Katz called the partnership a defining next chapter for Bellevue. The company envisions a landmark experience built around world-class food, distinctive design, and uncompromising service.

Nobu Expands Its Branded Residential Collection

The launch of Nobu Bellevue Residences reflects the company’s continued evolution beyond hotels and restaurants. Its international residential portfolio now spans destinations across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Nobu describes each development as being designed to coexist with the architecture and culture of its location.

For Bellevue, that philosophy translates into an elegant marriage of Japanese restraint and Pacific Northwest character. Nobu Bellevue Residences promises homes where luxury is not merely displayed in the lobby. It is delivered through service, atmosphere, dining, and the lovely convenience of having Nobu downstairs.

The residences will relaunch under the Nobu brand in late 2026, followed by the restaurant’s anticipated opening in 2027.
