Mondrian Cancun is preparing to bring its artful, culture-driven spirit to one of Mexico’s most beloved destinations. Opening for reservations on June 15, the new Mondrian Cancun All Inclusive marks the brand’s first-ever all-inclusive resort experience.

Set between the Caribbean Sea and Nichupte Lagoon, just 15 minutes from Cancun International Airport, the 400-room resort is designed for travelers who want more than a beautiful place to stay. This is an all-inclusive built around design, food, music, wellness, and the kind of social energy that makes a getaway feel alive.

For those of us who see the Caribbean as more than a postcard, this opening feels especially interesting. Cancun has long been a gateway to turquoise water and white sand, but Mondrian Cancun is leaning into something deeper: a lifestyle resort shaped by creativity, culture, and the rhythm of the Mexican Caribbean.

The resort unfolds inside a sleek high-rise tower with views of the Caribbean Sea, the lagoon, and Cancun’s skyline. Rooms and suites feature a modern, restrained design that lets the landscape do the loud talking. Private terraces and balconies frame sunrise, golden hour, and those long coastal afternoons that have their own kind of clock.

Guests looking for a more elevated stay can book Mondrian+, which includes panoramic top-floor views, wraparound terraces, butler service, a private check-in lounge, preferred beach club seating, enhanced beverages, and additional curated privileges.

Food and drink are central to the experience. Mondrian Cancun All Inclusive will feature 10 dining venues and six bars. Guests can move from coffee and cocktails at Sun & Moon and Gallery by Mondrian to Mexican cuisine at Cuyo and Cuyo Ceviche, Japanese flavors at Niko, casual bites from the Uno Mas food truck, and the Mondrian Market. Allegra, home to Cancun’s longest rooftop infinity pool, adds another layer of drama to the resort’s social scene.

The resort also extends to the shoreline through Bungalow Beach Club, a private beachfront destination on one of Cancun’s white-sand beaches. With poolside lounging, bi-level dining, beachside programming, and complimentary shuttle service, the club gives guests access to Cancun’s iconic beach lifestyle without losing Mondrian’s design-forward edge.

From morning movement to late-night music, Mondrian Cancun is being built as a full-day experience. Guests can expect wellness programming, immersive cultural moments, live music, DJ sets, curated events, and social spaces designed to spark connection.

The property will also offer event venues for weddings, conferences, and special occasions. Ocean-view terraces and sophisticated gathering spaces give the resort strong potential for destination celebrations, especially for travelers who want style with their sunshine.

Mondrian Cancun also introduces the brand’s first branded residential project in Mexico, with 328 one- to three-bedroom residences planned along Nichupte Lagoon. Pre-sales begin June 15.

A future phase, expected to be announced later this year, will add an expanded spa, fitness center, teens club, signature steakhouse, and Cuban-inspired sunset bar.

First Edition guests who stay three nights or more can receive 30% savings during the inaugural season, from August 19 to November 30, 2026. Travelers using Dis-loyalty, Ennismore’s global travel and food membership, can receive 50% off their first stay from August 19 to December 20.

Mondrian Cancun is not arriving quietly. It is stepping into the Mexican Caribbean with color, confidence, and a little rooftop swagger.
