The iconic stage production sets sail on the big screen for one week only in partnership with Fathom Entertainment.

For 30 years, NOAH has captivated millions on the stage — now, for the first time, audiences across the United States can experience Sight & Sound’s flagship production on the big screen. Beginning September 18, Sight & Sound® Presents: NOAH—Live! will sail into select movie theatres nationwide for a special one-week engagement through Fathom Entertainment.

Recorded before a live audience at Sight & Sound’s Lancaster, Pennsylvania theatre, NOAH—Live! transports viewers aboard one of history’s most famous voyages. With a world-changing storm looming, Noah is tasked with building an ark large enough to save his family from a flood destined to cover the earth. It’s a timeless tale of faith, perseverance, and God’s promises amid life’s storms.

A Story That Transcends Generations
When NOAH first premiered in 1995, it forever transformed Sight & Sound’s mission. “This production broke all the rules of traditional theatre and helped us discover our calling to bring the Bible to life on stage,” shared Matt Neff, Sight & Sound’s CEO. Over three decades, nearly 5 million guests have experienced its powerful message — but the 2025 production brings a fresh perspective.

“Our technology has advanced, our storytelling has deepened, and our musicality has evolved,” says Executive Producer Ryan Miller. “We’ve built upon the show’s legacy while enhancing the audience’s experience and presenting the Gospel in a way that is just as relevant today.”

A Cinematic Experience Like No Other
Filmed with more than a dozen cameras capturing every angle — from sweeping stage views to behind-the-scenes moments — NOAH—Live! offers moviegoers an immersive, front-row perspective. This special presentation also includes bonus content, including a meet-and-greet with Sight & Sound’s beloved animal actors.

Katie Miller, Sight & Sound’s Director of Brand Development, adds, “There’s something extra special about taking the production that started it all into theatres nationwide. We hope audiences leave reminded of how God’s faithful promises remain true today.”

Fathom Entertainment Partnership
This marks the sixth collaboration between Sight & Sound and Fathom Entertainment, following successes like I Heard the Bells and the live broadcast of DANIEL in 2024. Ray Nutt, CEO of Fathom Entertainment, notes, “Millions of fans have enjoyed NOAH over the years, and this anniversary celebration will introduce the story to a whole new generation.”
