Alt Text: Cuba Gooding Jr., Ja Rule, and celebrities at Oheka Castle Gatsby 5th Anniversary charity event.
When I tell you Oheka Castle was serving pure Gatsby energy , I mean the roaring ’20s came back to Long Island with a champagne pop and a fireworks finale that could be seen for miles. This was Celebrity Sports Entertainment and The Money Team’s 5th Anniversary Celebration, and honey, they did not come to play — they came to slay.

Hosted by Michael Mak, President & Founder of Celebrity Sports Entertainment, and James McNair, President & Founder of The Money Team, this wasn’t just another summer soirée. This was the event of the season — blending star power, sports, charity, and a little extra sparkle to mark 100 years of Gatsby.

And yes, the who’s who was out in full force. Cuba Gooding Jr. was there bringing his signature charm, Ja Rule came through reppin’ Queens with style, and you know the cameras loved catching Kevin Harrington from Shark Tank, Michael Blackson, Jason Lee, Johnny Bananas, Tyson Etienne, Plaxico Burress, Dina Khoury, and more on that gold-trimmed red carpet.

Golf, Glam, and Giving Back

The weekend kicked off with an exclusive Celebrity Golf Classic to raise funds for D-Up-On-Cancer, a cause near and dear to CSE. From there, it was an all-access playground: a casino room for the high rollers, a cigar lounge for the connoisseurs, and pop-up shops for those who wanted to take home a little luxe.

And let’s talk about the vibe — an open bar flowing with Gran Coramino, D’USSÉ Cognac, and Tequila Comisario, wine courtesy of Royal Wine Corp, plus those smooth Natura Cigars for a true Gatsby touch. Guests dined, danced, and mingled as DJs kept the energy up until the fireworks stole the night.

Sponsors That Set the Scene

This lavish anniversary weekend was powered by some heavy-hitting sponsors who matched the luxury with their generosity: 1-800-Liquors, Bucked Up Energy, Apple Ice, CBD Healthcare Co., Chamello Sunglasses, and more. Each one helped bring that only-at-Oheka magic to life.

A Gatsby Moment to Remember

Oheka Castle, with its sweeping lawns and historic grandeur, was the perfect backdrop for this decadent affair. Every corner was a photo op — glittering gowns, tailored tuxes, champagne flutes in the air, and that old-world glamour that just makes you want to say, “Old sport.”

But beyond the glitz, it was about community. About using star power to fuel change. About showing that Long Island knows how to throw an event with purpose and panache.

So here’s to five years of unforgettable CSE celebrations, 100 years of Gatsby, and a future where we keep mixing luxury with giving back. And trust me — if you missed it this year, you’ll want to secure your invite early for next year’s chapter in this storybook weekend.
